No, you don’t need an appointment, but we highly recommend booking one for faster service.

What is the difference between an express detail and a full detail?

An Express Detail focuses on exterior services like a hand wash, wax application, and cleaning of windows and rims.

A Full Detail includes both exterior and interior services such as deep cleaning of the seats, carpets, and dashboard in addition to exterior polishing and waxing.

How long does a full detail take?

A full detail typically takes around 4 to 5 hours, depending on the condition of the vehicle and any additional services requested.

Can I drop off my car and pick it up later?

Absolutely! You can drop off your car for any of our services, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready for pick-up. If you're an Elite Member, you can also take advantage of our pick-up and drop-off service.

Yes, we offer specialized interior detailing services that include odor removal, which can help eliminate smells like cigarette smoke, mildew, or other persistent odors.

How often should I get my car detailed?

We recommend getting your vehicle detailed every 3 to 6 months, depending on your usage and environment. Regular detailing helps maintain the value and appearance of your vehicle.

What should I do to prepare my car for a detailing appointment?

There’s no major preparation needed, but here are a few things that can help:

Remove personal items from the interior, including the trunk, to ensure the detailing team can thoroughly clean every area.

Let us know if there are any special requests or areas you want us to focus on (e.g., stain removal or pet hair).

Just drop off your car, and our professional team will take care of the rest from start to finish.

How can I get an estimate for a ceramic coating or paint correction?

We recommend bringing your vehicle in for an in-person estimate. This way, we can assess the condition of the paint and provide an accurate quote. Just book an appointment by selecting Ceramic Coating from the drop-down menu.

What is ceramic coating, and why is it beneficial?

Ceramic coating is a protective layer applied to your vehicle’s exterior that provides a long-lasting shine and protects against environmental damage like dirt, UV rays, and water spots. It’s an excellent investment for keeping your vehicle looking new.

Do you offer memberships or discounts?

Yes! We offer an Elite Members Club for $199 per month, which includes pick-up and drop-off service, as well as priority booking. While services are charged separately, you also earn loyalty points that can be redeemed for discounts on future services.

What loyalty program do you offer?

Our loyalty program allows customers to earn points for every service they book. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future car care services.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

You can redeem your loyalty points at checkout during your next visit. Just let our staff know that you'd like to use your points, and they will apply them toward your total service cost.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates for any of our services. It’s a great gift for car enthusiasts or anyone who wants to keep their vehicle looking its best.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 60 minutes before the scheduled time. Simply follow the link in the confirmation email you receive after booking.

What should I do if I'm running late?

If you’re running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. We may still be able to accommodate you depending on the schedule.

Do you offer mobile detailing services?

Currently, we do not offer mobile detailing services. However, our Elite Members Club offers pick-up and drop-off options for added convenience.
